The individual responses to the survey are only available to inclusion tennessee staff. Results and conclusions will be shared with partner organizations and with the public. All identifying information will be removed.

The survey is open March 13 to May 13, 2024.

After completing the survey you can opt in to be entered to win a thank you gift. We do not have the ability to reimburse everyone for their time, but we are offering over 100 gift cards to a variety of vendors and packages from local, supporting businesses.

Preliminary results will be released a few weeks after the survey closes. Final results will be released about two months after the survey is complete. All results will be first made available to those who participated.
